The question of dosing is subjective to each person and depends upon how your body responds.

Consistency is key.

Taking CBD is not like taking a paracetamol tablet when you have pain; it needs to taken regularly to build up in your system.

So how to determine the right dose for you?

  • Start small. We recommend 1 spray, 4 times a day for 2-3 days
  • If there is no noticeable difference, increase the dose to 2 sprays, 4 times a day for 2-3 days
  • Keep increasing slowly and incrementally until you notice some change
  • Once you have noticed a difference, keep at that dose and when you feel comfortable, you may be able to taper off slightly.

Please note that the maximum daily allowance is 200mg of CBD, which is approximately 50 sprays.
